It Is Hard to Remove Mask

I am not any philosopher let me clarify that first before I move to topic, I am writing what I have understood. I found that everyone wears a mask in personal or professional life. We try to present ourselves in a fake way just to win the confident of others and I believe Nothing can be more fake than the masks we were to show each other who we are.

Sometimes I feel that it is really indeed to were mask to be a part of the social and professional life. It’s difficult to be a fake mask and trying to be diplomatic but, it is even hazardous to be state forward. All I can say is we needs to stop before that time comes wherein we cannot remove mask without removing some of our own skin.

Social Sites New Wings in the World of Recruitment

The world of recruitment is in aspiration of having social sites as new wings to fly more. Earlier the process of finding candidates was tedious for a recruiter but existence of various applicant tracking systems (ATS) has made task very simplified.

It’s time to move one step ahead then just finding candidates for the job. Next step is to have a help of social media to promote job with just one click and let the candidates find the recruiter for being part of his organization. Role of this new wings is very much promising in the world of recruitment.
